Back To Nature

Back to city life after a weekend camping along the beautiful Cannan River in Coles Island, New Brunswick. Our new (1986) motorhome held up well and we enjoyed the family fun and festivities. It truly is amazing how much better one feels after a little time with Mother Nature.

Didjn't spend much time searching - just figuring out which button did what on the Motorhome.

back now and the search goes on!

Looks like a lack of interest in his own blog, since he hasn't contributed since July 4th, now August 6th.
Since leadership is the topic, looks like John Hamm has something up his sleeve, what with recent announcements about a pending election based on a budget defeat, which he anticipates. I suggest he knows the facts are about to catch up with the fiction of this government, which has, I believe, done a much better job at spinning the appeareance of doing a good job than the actuality of it. I expect we'll see some really horrendous financial figures, and the governmetn will topple, but before all that, I think he will call an election so he doesn't have to reveal the facts.
I had a really nice conversation with NB Liberal leader Shawn Graham a couple of weeks ago in Dorchester, at the Sandpiper Fstival, and it would seem he is ready for the NB Conservatives to make the same sort of announcement, thus clearing the way for him to step up to the job as Premier. Conservative governments are excellent at smoke and mirrors, but ALWAYS screw up financially. Both provinces will find themselves in serious financial trouble as a reault of these governments.
We'll see!
